No ... - STG has just got updated a few hours ago to a CVS version beoynd phpBB 3.0 RC7, so the shoutbox will be back again soon.

If you under your navigation here on STG spot bugs on the board, please do not hesitate to report them in the Bugs forum. They will be dealt with.
